Shipping and Exchange/Return Policies

Regarding New Items,

Returns or exchanges must be received within 30 days of shipment receipt.

       –  Returns for store credit will equal the cart total, and will earn a $5 credit towards your next purchase.

       –  Returns to original form of payment will equal the cart total less the cost of our return label.

       –  Exchanges on USA orders are FREE with use of our return label.

       –  Exchanges/Returns for International Orders: Any return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we have sent the wrong item. When returning or exchanging an item or items, you will not be able to use the Merchandise Return Label if you are outside the U.S. International shipping charges will be applied to the item we send in exchange. Note that Dee Foreman is not accountable for the receiving country’s duties, customs, and import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Regarding vintage and previously owned items, 

Terminology

Very Good Condition: Well cared for with no missing stones, no dead stones or graying stones, no peeling pearls, enamel may have minor chips, may show slight  wear or scratching on prongs, edges. Backs may be very moderately worn. Replaced stones should be a good match in size, cut and color.

Vintage: Older than 1980 or from an estate most likely older than 1980. Previously worn.

Contemporary:  Relatively new, though previously worn.

NBW:  Never Been Worn though not sure of the age of the item.

Returns of Vintage and Previously Owned Items:    Contact to be made by E-mail to within three days  of receipt of the item.  Requests for returns will be handled on an individual basis and returns can usually be accommodated.  The returned item must be received within 7 days, in the same condition as originally shipped, with any markings (visible or invisible) or tags intact, and packed in the same manner as sent.  Please check the package for rattles before shipping. Refunds are prompt upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Please do not return merchandise without confirmation.  Jewelry damaged after receipt is not returnable.
